Approved Affordable Housing Survey Registration for Housing Scheme.

I understand that this is only a provisional registration for demand survey for a single dwelling unit. I will not be forced to take any property in any project started by KESHAV INFRA. In case of withdrawal from Demand Survey within 45-60 working days(or if project is not launched), this amount is refundable to me with deduction of Rs 2000/- & payment gateway fees, towards Administrative cost and in case of continuing and purchasing the property (if project is launched), the whole amount of Rs 11100/- will be considered towards non refundable/non adjustable administrative cost, or can get transferred to another property, if I wish, subject to availability of the said property.
