YEIDA Plot Scheme 2025: Opportunity to build a house near Noida Airport, Yamuna Authority will soon launch a plot scheme
YEIDA Plot Scheme 2025 Yamuna Authority has started the process of buying land from farmers in villages falling under Master Plan 2041. The land will be sold with the consent of the farmers in exchange for which they will get compensation and residential plots. This step has been taken with the aim of completing the plot schemes on time.
Jagran Correspondent, Greater Noida. YEIDA Plot Scheme 2025: Yamuna Authority (YEIDA) has started the process of purchasing land from farmers of villages included in the Master Plan 2041. The authority will develop new sectors on the farmers' land and launch a plot scheme. With the consent of the farmers, the land will be registered in the name of YEIDA.
Farmers will get compensation of Rs 3808 per square meter
Farmers will be given compensation of Rs 3808 per square meter and 7 percent residential plots in lieu of land. The government had issued a government order and instructed the authorities that any plot scheme will be launched only when the land of the sector is in the possession of the authority, so that the possibilities of land dispute can be eliminated.
Along with this, the plots can be developed on time and possession can be given to the allottees. In view of this, Yamuna Authority has started the process of purchasing land from farmers for the sectors planned in Master Plan 2041. The list of farmers for purchasing land in Sector 5, 8, 9 has been published.
List of farmers of Bhikanpur, Kallupura for Sector 5, Ranhera, Mudrah, Dayorar, Dhansia for Sector 8, Veerampur village for Sector 9 has been released. Apart from this, remaining land will also be purchased in previously developed Sectors 24A, 32 and 29. Sectors 8 and 9 are industrial and Sector 5 is residential.
Yamuna Authority wants to launch plot scheme in these sectors near Noida International Airport as soon as possible. There is SMME park in Sector 32, Apparel Park in Sector 29 and other industrial parks. The Authority has allotted residential plots in Sector 24A. The allottees are to be given possession of the allotted plots.
The Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA) launched a residential plot scheme (RPS-09/2025) in Sector-18, Pocket-9B, Yamuna Expressway, with registration open from April 21 to May 21, 2025. The scheme offers 276 plots, and the draw for allotment will be held on July 11, 2025.
